| Abstract: | A play for 3 actors. Deals with the subject of harnessing talent and leadership potential in the National Health Service. The action is set in the lunch break of a conference discussing the subject. In it three characters, a long serving somewhat cynical bed manager for a major hospital Trust, a newly appointed keen-as-mustard deputy head of Human Resources for the same Trust, and a sparky young clerical officer in the Human Resources department discuss the issues, often with comical results. Commissioned by the North East Strategic Health Authority and presented at its 1st Regional Leadership Summit, in February 2010. |
