Abstract:
Dielectric properties of activated oxide emission materials were investigated. AC spectroscopic measurements were performed on activated BaSr oxide used in the cathode ray tubes under vacuum of 10-7 mbar at temperatures ranging from 300 to 1100 K. Values of the most probable relaxation time, the distribution factor and dielectric constant were estimated for both Debye and Maxwell-Wagner-Sillars type polarisations, using the Cole-Cole plots.
